Ascend Education currently does not have subcontractors pursuant to the MASTER SERVICES AND DATA SHARING AGREEMENT FOR EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (KMB OF SHREVEPORT, L.L.C. DBA ASCEND EDUCATION) and the Board of Education of the City of Chicago.
To support delivery of Ascend Math, Ascend Education engages and uses data processors, and they have access to certain student personally identifiable information.
Third-party sub processors provide infrastructure and support - such as helping us provide technical assistance to customers, send emails, or facilitate communication directly with districts and applications.
Prior to engaging any third-party sub processor, Ascend Education performs due diligence to evaluate their privacy and security.
